We are temporarily closed,
but are still taking enquiries and bookings
We are truly saddened to say that following the Welsh lockdown in December and now the national lockdown, our doors will remain closed until Spring 2021.
What we must hope for now is that the vaccine and lockdown will do its thing, and we can open back up in the Spring with some cracking British weather and once again being able to meet with friends and family over a drink or two at the pub, and welcome back our accommodation guests from further afield.
Our accommodation diaries are open for bookings either online or via the telephone. We may not get back to you as quick as normal, but we do pop in to the pub daily to check emails and voicemails, so don’t panic, we have not forgotten you.
Remember – Always book direct for the best possible price.
We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you all in the Spring.
Mark, Claire & The Ring Team
A warm Welsh welcome awaits you...
The Ring, a traditional country pub with various types of accommodation, nestled in the rural Anglesey village of Rhosgoch.
‘The Ring’ originally and officially! the “Rhosgoch Hotel” has stood the test of time and has been open as a pub here since 1851, originally as a coach house of sort, where the local livestock was loaded on to the old “Anglesey and Central Railway Line” that runs beside the pub, and was a firm favourite by the local farming community, for quenching their thirst after toiling in the local fields.
We pride ourselves on our warm and friendly atmosphere, creating a homely and relaxed pub where we hope you’ll make yourself at home, attracting people from near and far for its homemade menu of fresh local seasonal food and well stocked bar. Our hearty homemade menu is served seven days a week along with our popular Sunday roasts. With a number of seasonal and local specials for those looking for something a little different, and to finish an assortment of mouth-watering desserts.
If there is anything that you would like to know about the pub, or have any special requests, please just ask one of the team and we’ll do our very best to help.
We boast three newly refurbished Anglesey themed bed and breakfast rooms within the pub as well as a touring caravan park, glamping bell tents (also on a bed and breakfast basis) and our self-catering static caravan.
Whatever your accommodation needs, we have it covered!
